How MIM Works

The Mindset Monitor Indicator™ is a cloud-based diagnostic tool that analyses the mindset of an individual, team, department, and organisation. It identifies the areas where culture transformation or change of any kind might prove to be the biggest challenge.

Inspired by Professor Carol Dweck of Stanford University, who for decades researched the psychology of the fixed and growth mindset alongside Kohlberg and Piaget’s work on moral reasoning, Masters In Minds has created this innovative insight tool to improve the success rate of change and transformation programmes and initiatives.

Our passion and expertise in people development and business growth inspired this development . We drew from our experience in working with people at all levels of business and leading them and organisations through the transformations and change required to innovate and grow.

Our own paths of start-up business’s and personal development through change strategy and systemic facilitation, training, NLP, mindfulness, and much more has given us the depth and breadth to understand what mindsets, attitudes, behaviours and actions are most beneficial to the individual, and the organisation they work for.

Using a series of carefully crafted questions, the tool formulates an outcome - based on the answers given. It then formulates the mindset, traits, behaviours, and sayings related to a specific mindset.

The tool takes less than 5 minutes for an individual to complete, and then it gets to work crunching the data to compile the insight required for an organisation to consider and act upon.
